What is Party Pass?
Party Pass is a user-friendly platform designed to protect you from lawsuits. It simplifies the creation, sharing and management of digital event waivers, ensuring a secure and efficient process.
How does Party Pass work?
Hosts set up a waiver using our easy template, which makes the process fast and straightforward. Share it with attendees through a unique Party Pass Code or unique link and track the signed waivers in real-time.
What’s included in my Party Pass membership?
Both Monthly and Annual plans include unlimited digital waivers, secure signature collection, and access to a waiver management dashboard.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You’ll retain access to your account and waivers until the end of your billing period. Afterward, you can re-subscribe to regain access.
Can I switch between the Monthly and Annual plans?
Yes, you can upgrade from the Monthly plan to the Annual plan at any time to take advantage of the savings. However, downgrading from Annual to Monthly is not currently supported. Once you switch to Annual, your subscription remains at that level for the duration of your billing cycle.
Do I need a different Party Pass Code for each event?
No, your Party Pass Code is fixed and works for all events you host. Simply share the same code with your guests each time.
What is a Party Pass Code, and how does it work?
Your Party Pass Code is a unique identifier that works for all your events. Simply share the same code or your personalized link with guests via text, email, or social media. Guests use the code to access and sign the waiver quickly and easily.
What should I do if my Party Pass Code isn’t working?
Check that the code was entered correctly. If the issue persists, Contact our support team for assistance.
Do guests need to create an account?
No, guests can sign the waiver without creating an account. They simply access the waiver using your unique Party Pass Code or link, fill out their details, and sign—all in just a few minutes. No login or extra steps required.
Are my waivers and guest information secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize data security ensuring that all waivers and guest information remain private and protected.
What types of events is Party Pass suitable for?
Party Pass is ideal for any event such as backyard parties, kids’ playdates, family gatherings, sports games, and more.
